This is a project of keeping a pair of pants alive.
Todd gave me the pants in the August of 2003 in Oakland.
The first major repair was in November of 2004 at Greg & Satomi’s (gold thread).
Second major repair was in June 2006 at “le 101″, Bordeaux June 2006 (orange thread).
Followed by a work over of the seams in September 2007, during Cartondule, Lyon France (bright light green thread).
Most recently, I repaired the front pockets from scratch, July 200, at Anne’s house, Lyon, France (white & green thread around front pockets, orange pockets).
The orange thread has been used on many occasions for minor repairs.
A dark green thread has been used to attach the belt loops, roughly in March 2008.
these pants have served me well and were even featured in the New York Magazine Look Book, in December 2005.
